Order Processing & Production Time
We work diligently to prepare your gaming gear for dispatch. Please note the following timelines for our products:
- Standard Products: Orders for our standard premium mouse pads, extended desk mats, and keyboard pads are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom printed mouse pads and personalized desk mats require dedicated manufacturing and quality checks. These customized items may require additional production time before dispatch.
- Design File Uploads: For all custom mouse pads, customers must upload high-quality artwork or logos during the ordering process. Please ensure your images meet our design guidelines to prevent any production delays.
- Order Modifications: Once production of custom orders begins or standard orders enter the fulfillment phase, modifications, address changes, or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable logistics aggregators and courier networks to ensure your products reach you in pristine condition.
- Shipping Charges: All shipping charges for your order are calculated dynamically based on weight and destination, and will be displayed clearly during checkout.
- Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, standard delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days. Please note that actual delivery windows may vary depending on the third-party courier service performance and the customer's specific location.
- Shipping Delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, occasional shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, festive rushes, or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.
- Open Box Delivery: Please note that we DO NOT offer open box delivery services under any circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
We keep you informed at every stage of the journey so you can track your new desk setup upgrades:
- You will receive a comprehensive shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing active tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partners.
- The tracking number and logistics link provided will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries
Ensuring accurate delivery details helps us provide a seamless experience:
- Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, along with a valid phone number, at the time of checkout.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or multiple refused delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our facility. Customers may be liable for additional shipping fees to re-route or re-ship the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great pride in our protective packaging, but transit incidents can occasionally happen:
SMULY utilizes reputable shipping partners, but we are not directly liable for products damaged or lost in transit. However, we are here to support you. Customers must inspect packages immediately upon receipt. If you receive a visibly damaged or compromised package, please document the damage with clear photographs and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@smuly.in so we can assist you in filing an official claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
International Shipping
Currently, SMULY ships exclusively across India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment; however, global shipping options may be introduced in the future as we expand our premium desk mat availability worldwide.
