At Smuly, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing premium-quality custom mouse pads, desk mats, keyboard pads, and related accessories. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our Refund Policy below.
1. Returns
We currently do not accept returns for size changes, personal preference, or change of mind. Please carefully review the product description, dimensions, and specifications before placing your order.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery under eligible conditions.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The product must not show any signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
To request a return, please email us at Sales@smuly.in with the following details:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos or videos (if applicable)
After receiving your request, our support team will review it and provide further instructions. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected before approving or rejecting the request.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, convenience fees, and any non-refundable payment gateway charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit/debit card provider.
- Contact your bank.
- If the issue still persists, email us at Sales@smuly.in.
Our support team will investigate the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.
3. Exchanges
We replace products only if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Sales@smuly.in.
Please include your Order Number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at Sales@smuly.in with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear images of the product
- Images of the outer packaging
- An unboxing video (if available)
- A brief description of the issue
Once our team verifies the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Free replacement of the product
- Full or partial refund (if applicable)
- Store credit (where applicable)
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized Mouse Pads
- Customized Desk Mats
- Personalized Products
- Gift Cards
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)
7. Exceptions
Any exception to this Refund Policy will be made solely at the discretion of Smuly.
Each request is reviewed individually based on the nature of the issue and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
